Complementing the Packaging Papers and Core Systems divisions is our Recycling Papers Division that completes the loop in providing a total service.

Generation of significant amounts of trim and waste from our converting operations, together with our commitment to the environment and meeting European legislative requirements, has resulted in the development of a modern, highly efficient recycling plant.

The design of the plant allows for total flexibility, which ensures full utilisation of any non-convertible material from all of our divisions whilst, at the same time, offering a loose collection and baling facility to our customers. Large and buy material can be preconditioned prior to baling thereby allowing us to stream material away from landfill.

Our total operation is capable of producing a range of grades which, when processed, can be despatched direct to user mills in press packed mill size bales.

A modern fleet of vehicles fitted with a full range of demountable equipment enables us to provide a service for compaction and open or closed top bins.

We can also offer a recycling service to customers as and when redundant stock needs clearing.

The Recycling Papers Division is equipped with the latest technology in bailing, hogging, conveying and materials handling plant. This ensures a highly efficient, cost effective service producing consistent, high quality grades suitable for both UK and European mills.
